- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Application or from the Application itself (for example, the duration of the Application usage and any log information generated).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.
What data we collect
During operation, Application clients may collect performance data and system information to help us identify issues. This data may contain information that some people or organizations may find sensitive including but not limited to: PC names, IP addresses, and MAC addresses. Some of this information may be sent to us in crash reports if you've opted in to this feature in your device or operating system settings.
When Our Application is in use, information is stored in the form of Application logs, which is sent periododically to Our servers for analysis, this data includes:
- Device Details
- Language
- OS Details
- Application performance and usage
What data we share
We may share crash reports, full or partial logs, and other application reliability data with other, teams, organizations, or companies as required to debug issues in the Application and other related software.
We do not collect or share any data for the purposes of advertising, tracking, or other similar commercial purposes.
Retention of Your Personal or Usage Data
Where personal information is required to use or interact when contacting Us, it is our policy that this information – such as your name, email address, or telephone number — is private and confidential. You have the right to request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Company may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Application.

Opt-In - Opt-Out
Our Application has an Opt-In - Opt-Out option, When You Opt-In, information on the Application and Device details will be collected and analyzed solely for the purpose for the improvement of the Applicationn and You accept the terms of this Agreement.
If You Opt-Out no information will be collected analyzed or distributed as per Your request.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Application, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
